About Curtis

Curtis Kastner didn't set out to coach anyone. In 2006, a relationship ended and he had no idea why — and he never wanted to feel that blindsided again.

So over the next seven years he did something most men never do: he actually listened. Hundreds of women — friends, and friends of friends — trusted him with the truth about what they felt and couldn't say to the men in their lives. Across thousands of conversations, he learned to put words to it — not just what men do, but what it does to the women on the other end: why she feels invisible, why she goes quiet, why she pulls away long before she ever says a word. Again and again, women would stop and say “yes — that's exactly it, I could never explain it before.” What emerged was a map of the patterns good men repeat without ever seeing them — and the quiet damage those patterns do.

In 2014, Curtis and his wife Linda turned that understanding into RB4M — Relationship Bootcamp For Men — and the frameworks that came out of it: the 12 Blind Spots and the Relationship Roadmap™. Today they help men across the U.S. and Canada see what they were blind to, and become men their wives can happily take back.
